ForewordThe Academy of Wound Technology was founded in 2006 from an international group of experts in wound healing coming from all disciplines and interested in the field. The approach was to provide to interested professionals a short learning curve to wound technologies, and to encourage them to be in direct physical contact with the new available solutions.
